(1) Comments:
Jennifer is very conscientious in her efforts to produce a meaningful project that will impact our organization. She is a self-starter with great critical thinking skills.

(2) Comments:
Jennifer has shown a high level of dependability. Her work habits are exemplary for a person in a paid position. She goes over and above the basic requirements to assure that the project will be of greatest use to us.

(3) Comments:
This sustainability project is evolving into a more comprehensive effort than originally anticipated. Jennifer is taking the extra steps to engage the board of directors in the planning. This extra step will help to assure the board's commitment which is integral to the plan's long term success.

We are on track to accomplish the project goals by Nov. 28.

Jennifer is working well with other staff and with the Board president. She will be working with the executive committee of the board in the next several weeks.

She has had little opportunity to work with community partners. But her knowledge of the community through her past experiences is serving her well.

I believe Jennifer is enjoying the practicum. She exhibits a strong interest in our mission.

It appears she is focused on meeting the practicum objectives. This is evidenced by the reports of her meetings with her professor that she shares with me.
