Kate has a great attitude and seems very interested in assisting with any task assigned. Unfortunately, she has had a couple of incidents (e.g. tires slashed at school, unexpected illnesses) which have prevented her from being here when expected. She is working hard to make up the time.

Kate is very willing to assist with whatever projects she is assigned (even when those differ from prescribed projects). She does a thorough job and completes each project in a timely manner. She shows initiative in thinking "outside the box" to ways to complete a project.

The only reason I'm not "very satisfied" is because of the times (often outside of her control) when she hasn't been able to be at Aim4Peace when she was expected. When she is here, I have been very satisfied with her work. However, the bulk of her major projects are in the process of still being completed.

Kate has completed one of 4 projects so far and is approaching the deadline for project number 2. I was definitely satisfied with the results of the project she completed along with the additional minor tasks and assignments she has been given. I have no doubt she can produce work in her final projects that will be very satisfying.

Kate has a great personality and is positive and upbeat. She is a great asset to the A4P office. She always has a "can do" attitude and is willing to try projects/assignments even when they don't especially appeal to her (e.g. phone calling).

Kate gets along with other office staff very well. She also has to work alongside volunteers and she has been a good role model for them as well. She is easy to get along with and sets a good example for others to follow.

Again, Kate's attitude has been great. When she is here, she is always positive, cheerful and ready to work. She has never complained about and assignment and has always turned in good work.

Due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. she has a migraine this morning and isn't in yet, her car tires were slashed last week and she missed or was later than expected for work) Kate has been alittle undependable at times. However, I don't expect that these events will continue and her dependability should greatly improve. When she is here, she is consistently dependable.

This is the first practicum student that I have hosted, however, I have trained more than 140 volunteers, many of whom have worked in the office or at various events. Kate is definitely among the best who have "volunteered" their time at A4P.

I only expect that Kate's final evaluation will be even better (because the unforseen incidents will be behind us) and because she will complete her final projects in an exceptional manner.
