The ThrYve Youth Justice Community Engagement Initiative (YJCEI) aims to improve outcomes for youth involved in the justice system in Judicial District 29 (Wyandotte County) by collaborating to enhance community capacity to assess, plan, and support systems change and improvements in the juvenile justice and other related systems. The YJCEI is supported by the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC).
