Program Outcomes Overview
This feature of the Community Check Box (CCB) allows you to track program outcomes (at an aggregate level, not an individual level) for people being served by your program. This program outcome information can be entered related to any accomplishment you are entering into the CCB. For example, you can use the Program Outcome feature to enter information related to the number of people enrolled in a program who have successfully completed that program.
Creating Program Outcomes
Program Outcome Data can be entered either during Accomplishment entry or directly into the Program Outcome web part. If the data needs to be tied to a specific event, the information should be completed though the Accomplishments.
If adding using Accomplishments, use the Add Program Outcome tab.
If adding using the Program Outcome web part, complete all relevant fields and then select Save & Return to return to the previous screen or Save & Add Another to add another program outcome data entry.
