Web StoreFront User Accounts
For new or updated ‘Registered User’ accounts for the Web StoreFront (WSF), please fill out the User Change Requset Form (PDF) and email completed form to: CDPH NPAB Customer Care for processing.
Note: There generally can only be one ‘Registered User’ per local health department or designated organization within the county’s jurisdiction. This helps to ensure materials are appropriately reaching CFHL-eligible communities.
Be sure to fill out ALL lines in the WSF User Change Request Form to avoid any delay with processing. Once your user account updates have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
