We need to have a lengthy discussion about this. There are certain members, myself included that could not be a part of this because I work for an elected official and I think with what is going on in the world right not this is poor timing, the DCSD has enough going on and I want to be sure when we go to them for anything that we are mindful of what and when our asks are.

I think we should alert DCSD to the vaping lawsuit. However, we understand that DCSD attorneys may not have the bandwidth or resources to join the lawsuit.

We can send the letter with an understanding the DCSD may need to “support” the initiative with minimal human and financial resources.

I don't feel that there is the capacity from DCSD legal to take on this challenge at this point. I believe this topic should be tabled until business returns to normal.
